Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over $100 before tax and after discounts

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS.

We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed.

UPS Standard Shipping

Transit Times: 4-10 Business Days

Any lost package is the responsibility of UPS and any complaints or claims should be directed to UPS. LEAF is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from UPS. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact UPS and file a claim with them.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

International Orders

We currently are not shipping outside of the United States.

Shopping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience.

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please contact hello@leafdailycare.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
