  • Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Ground:
You will normally receive your order within 4 -10 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the shipping carrier's website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. LEAF is not responsible for any shipping delays.
  • 2 Day Shipping: You will receive your items within 3 business days (1 day to process your order + 2 days shipping).

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our products for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of shipment.

All returns will be refunded from delivery for a full refund or Instant Credit (excluding original shipping cost, if any).

How do I start the return?

Can I exchange a product?

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an Instant Credit if they are not perfect for your skin.

What if an item from my order is missing or arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at hello@leafdailycare.com to request a refund or instant credit. To better assist you, we require photos of the damaged product and shipping package.


Please, report any damages or missing items within 10 business days of delivery to be eligible for assistance.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Our products have a shelf life of 1 year after opening. If unopened, lasts 30 months from date of manufacture. To maximize shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and excess moisture.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Fully recyclable packaging designed using recycled plastic and glass, more respectful of the planet. You may check your local facility for recycle methods.

Where are the products made?

Our skincare products are all made in the United States with carefully sourced ingredients around the world, especially from Amazon Rainforest in Brazil, South America.

How do I find the right products for me?

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We are vegan and cruelty-free (and proud of it!). Our products are natural and organic and free of all animal-derived ingredients like lanolin, beeswax, carmine, and more.

Is it safe to use the products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We know that navigating self-care safety while pregnant or breastfeeding is challenging, and while our mission is to create products that are safer for you, as with any skin care product or supplement, please follow your physician's guidance.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We want you to be completely satisfied with every LEAF product. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund within 30 days of your order's ship date.

Simply contact us through our Contact Page and we'll refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
